July, 1999: C.F. Jordan, the General Contractor has begun construction in earnest. Roughing-in of the plumbing, electrical and HVAC systems and the "drying-in" of the building are all well underway. The locations for the stud walls are being determined and the bottom track, and in some cases the studs, are in place. Holes are being drilled though the floor slabs for new plumbing and other vertical components.
