The Berlocher Row Today
The Fitzpatrick Pub
This pre-war (Civil War) structure of three buildings was originally built by John Berlocher and since the mid 1800's had again been owned by a single owner. Beginning in 1983, George and Cynthia Mitchell began acquiring the properties and by the late 1980's had re-united the three. Today the three buildings house offices and loft apartments on the upper floors and retail shops at the street level.
