The Tremont House

Completed in 1986, at a cost of $12 million, this hotel has the intimate atmosphere of a fine European inn with full services and amenities including 24 hour room service, a restaurant and bar, and meeting rooms. In addition to the original construction, a building of suites and a ballroom were recently added.

The Belmont Hotel
Galveston, Texas

This rehabilitation of the 1858 Frank McDonnell building contains ground floor meeting rooms, luxury suites and a rooftop terrace. It was completed in three phases and is adjacent to The Tremont House, which operates the Hotel.

LaSalle Hotel
Bryan, Texas

As the centerpiece of a Downtown District the LaSalle will have 54 rooms expected to capture the upscale tourist market and capitalize on the recently completed Bush Presidential Library. Construction of the began in the fall of 1998 and is expected to be be completed in 1999.

Hotel Galvez
Galveston, Texas

This "Grand Dame " of the Gulf is being rehabilitated in phases. The first phase was completed in 1995 and included new landscaping, pool and grille, entrance drive and porte cochere. Second phase guest room renovations were completed in the spring and summer of 1998.
