Michael Gaertner & Associates was engaged for the Master Planning of the proposed Bluff Bay subdivision in Port Lavaca, Texas. This  golf course centered subdivision was intended to include a much-needed drainage project, which, through the use of coffer dams, could transform the drainage system into an asset.  The centerpiece of the proposed Bluff Bay subdivision is the Clubhouse and nearby condominium project.  Below, a rendering prepared by Bob Brown of Michael Gaertner & Associates, depicts the Clubhouse area.
