The building is adjacent to a three-story building which has previously been rehabilitated. the building boasts an impressive concrete frame which is expressed in the exterior walls. The following images are from the schematic design phase of the project when rental property was being considered. These drawings depict a large interior atrium. This Atrium was eliminated in favor of more space in the lofts -- while the atrium was a great amenity, what we all really want is more space in our homes...

Below is the floor plan as currently envisioned. The plans show the building to the west on the top of the plan. This is included because the elevator and fire stairs will serve the upper floors of both buildings.
